Northeast Nebraska Shooting Sports
Our goal is to promote shooting sports in Northeast Nebraska and encourage youth and adults to participate in competitive shooting events.
Club Information:
The Elkhorn Valley Sportsman Club's goal is to protect and preserve our shooting and hunting heritage offering Northeast Nebraska residents of all ages a safe , friendly and economical place to shoot.
Hours and fees:
Our hours of operation in the summer are Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 4:00 pm to dusk. More details to come.

Membership
Required signed forms:
-Application for Membership
-Universal Firearms Safety Rules
-Trapshooting Rules of Etiquette
-Release and Indemnity Agreement
Family (Immediate): $50 per year
All new members will be on a probationary one year membership.

Regulations:
The Elkhorn Valley Sportsman Club is a member operated trapshooting club and operates under the rules and conditions of the Amateur Trapshooting Association (ATA)
Universal Gun Safety Rules:
-Learn the Mechanical Characteristics of Your Firearm• -Treat Every Firearm As If It is Loaded
-Always Point the Muzzle in a Safe Direction (Downrange)
-Keep Your Finger Off the Trigger Until You Are Ready to Shoot
-Never Rely on a Mechanical Safety
-Keep Gun Unloaded and Action Open Until Ready to Shoot
-Know Your Target and What's Beyond It
-Use Only the Correct Ammunition for Your Firearm
-Know What to Do in the Event of a Misfire
-Always Wear Protective Ear and Eye Equipment
-Never Mix Guns with Alcohol, Drugs or Fatigue
-Any High School or younger shooters must have completed hunters education.
